Male Speaker: If you want to send video or pictures from your PC or just search the internet on the big screen of your HDTV. You have a number of options to connect your computer to your television. The simplest is to use your computers monitor out jack which is referred to us a VGA or ab RGB connection. Using a VGA cable which looks like the cord you use to connect a monitor to a computer connect one end to the monitor out jack on your PC and the other end to your HDTV. You've also need a second connection to run audio from you PC to your HDTV. For this step run a cable from the output on your PC in to the audio jack next to where you connected to your video cable. Connecting via your computer's VGA output is the easiest way to send video from your PC to an HDTV. If you are looking for better quality you'll need to use a PC with an additional video card. Check the back of your PC and look for additional video out options to see if you have a video cord installed. If you're PC doesn't have a one you can pick one of your local electronic store and follow the instructions to install it. A video cord might give you the option to connect VI DVI or Digital Video inter connect cable or HDMI for digital high definition. These options give you the best quality video. Other cords use S-video or composite, for analog standard definition. The bottom line is the higher quality connectors give you higher quality video.
